Is everyone busier in the summer time or does it just seem that way? Well, I have been fairly busy. I haven't abandoned my artwork, but I've been out of town.

Hopefully I'll make some significant progress in the next week or so. After that I will probably need to take a break and make less complicated drawings.

Here is a peek at my current status on my Kita piece:




I'm much happier with this shading style. Still lots to be done, though.

I think I've solidified my idea of this character. The next one I'll focus on will probably be the "best friend" character.

In the mean time, I must clean.
